Interim Management: how we operate
Financial Assets Interim Management analyses the requirement for temporary management in conjunction with the client and draws up a concise and accurate job profile.
We trawl our for available professionals who are suitably qualified for the assignment, taking into account both relevant knowledge and experience and personal attributes.
Very quickly, generally within one or two working days, we are able to introduce a candidate to fill the temporary job. If the client is happy, we give the interim professional a careful briefing on the assignment, the company and the relevant background, including market information.
For the duration of the assignment, we remain responsible for the results achieved by the interim professional and stay in contact with both parties. Our own financial background and market knowledge also mean that we are able to provide effective support for interim professionals, if needed, during the assignment.
At the end of a temporary appointment, we will, at the client’s request, perform an evaluation of the appointment. We will also perform a separate evaluation of the appointment with the interim professional. Using these evaluations, we aim to further optimise our procedures for selection, briefing and support.
Are you a financial professional who regularly likes a new challenge?
Financial Assets Interim Management is growing. And we want to expand our network of interim professionals accordingly. Perhaps you are already working as an independent interim financial professional? Or perhaps you have a minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in the financial sector with a variety of employers and would like to become an interim professional?
